THIÊN SG is an interior design-and-construction (design-and-build / turnkey) company: concept, 3D visualisation, construction drawings, materials, fit-out, handover and warranty under one contract. Property types: apartments, townhouses, villas and offices. Service area: Ho Chi Minh City (main) and provinces across southern Vietnam; survey and construction are done on site, in Vietnam only.

**Markdown negotiation.** Send `Accept: text/markdown` to a negotiated HTML route (for example `/gioi-thieu.html`) and the server answers `200` with `Content-Type: text/markdown` instead of HTML. Without that header you get the normal HTML page.

Any other method than `GET` returns `405` with an `Allow: GET` header. **No SDK and no write access** are published for this website. The kitchen brand of the same legal entity, [Tủ Bếp Thiên](https://tubepthien.vn/), serves the same API contract with a real product catalogue.

This is the current state of the site, not a roadmap promise. This site does not publish `agents.txt` or `agents.json`.
